A true man for all seasons selected to implement the mission and goals for A 1 Audio Visual, LLC is the multi-talented Kirk A. Clark as V.P. of Business Operations.. With an extensive background in the fields of leadership management, sales, along with experience in the world of Wall Street, he brings a diverse and clear perspective to the position of Vice President of Business Operations serves as the perfect fit for continued growth and prosperity. With over 24 years in both the private and non- profit sectors, his result oriented attitude and ability to develop a high performance team is exemplary. Numerous accomplishments are a direct result of these outstanding capabilities. The position he held with Merrill Lynch as an Associate Client Relationship Manager, were he executed marketing initiatives and served as a critical liaison between client and company maintaining compliance, achieving sales objectives and professional development goals were a direct result of his straight-forward approach. His special training includes Telecommunication “Radioman ‘A’ School” while in the United States Navy. He held a Top Secret Security Clearance, with an Honorable Discharge. He has completed numerous management development series: Personal Management I-III, Time-management, Staff development, Fiscal management, Interpersonal skill, Fund-raising and Business ethics. He was selected as an Instructor for the ‘First Time Management Course’ on a national level with the Boy Scouts of America. As Service Area Director at Boy Scouts of America for 14 years, he was responsible for recruiting, hiring, staff development and expanding the Scouting program within the jurisdiction of the Atlanta Area Council provided quality service and support to 460 charter organizations, 6,000 youth members, and 1,500 adult volunteers. He managed the top performing region six consecutive years and developed a staff of 12 professionals with a visionary and an energetic approach. His commitment to community service and youth development was reflected in his performance by consistently being awarded membership in the Chief Scout Executive’s Winner Circle. The most prestigious honor in “scout nation.” His exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills are key qualities adding additional depth to his abilities. He is proficient in computer application of Microsoft Office XP, WMW, SAS, Power Point and Excel. He holds a Series 7 General Securities License, and is self-taught in the language of Spanish as well. Born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Miami, Fla., he has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in finance from Fort Lauderdale College, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Kirk enjoys the outdoors (camping, fishing, golf and the beach). He maintains an exercise regimen of circuit training 3 times a week. He is a member of Voices of Faith Ministries in Stone Mountain, GA ,and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. He resides in Snellville, GA with his ‘best friend’ a miniature schnauzer, named “Shadow”.
